The name: ‘Tarroussel’ is a named site near La Liquière, and a prime area for growing Grenache.
Winemaking: The Grenache and Carignan are picked by hand at the same time then fermented and matured in tanks.
Tasting notes: The fruit, generosity and Mediterranean characters are typical of Grenache but the wine’s refined tannins and freshness make ‘Tarroussel’ an unusual vineyard site, brimming with personality.
Food pairings: Red meats and duck.
